Last updated: 2026-07-27
Introduction
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our service.
Information We Collect
We collect the following types of information to provide and improve our service:
- Account Information — Your name, email address, and other details you provide when creating an account.
- Usage Data — If you allow analytics, information about how you interact with public pages, including pages viewed, referral information, and interaction patterns.
- Device Information — If you allow analytics, information such as device type, operating system, browser type, and approximate location, used to understand compatibility and performance.
- Cookies and Local Storage — Data stored on your device to remember preferences, authentication state, and your analytics privacy choice.
- Payment Information — Billing details handled by trusted third-party payment processors. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Poster Photos
Photos you select in the poster editor are processed locally in your browser by that editor and are not uploaded to our servers by the poster editor. This statement applies specifically to the poster editor; if another site feature offers an upload, it will describe that separately at the point of use.
Analytics and Cookies
We may use Google Analytics on indexable public pages, but only after you select Allow analytics and only when the site administrator has enabled it after confirming the required privacy disclosures and authorizations. We use analytics to understand aggregate traffic, page performance, and how public content is used.
Typical analytics data can include the page path without its query string or fragment, referral source, browser and device characteristics, approximate geographic area derived from an IP address, timestamps, and interaction events. We do not send analytics from sign-in, sign-up, password or email verification, admin, or account settings pages.
Google Analytics runs in an isolated, cookieless manual-pageview mode configured without first-party client storage. The current isolated analytics mode does not set _ga first-party cookies. If you used an older version of this site, legacy _ga or _ga_<container-id> cookies may remain until they expire or are removed. Depending on the administrator's configuration, we may also use Plausible for aggregate public-page analytics under the same consent choice. These analytics providers process information under their own privacy terms.
Analytics is off until you make a choice. You can decline without losing access to the poster editor or other core features. You can later change or withdraw your choice using Privacy choices in the site footer. Withdrawing disables further analytics, removes analytics scripts, and attempts to delete legacy Google Analytics cookies accessible to this site.
How We Use Your Information
We use the data we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the service.
- Process transactions and send related confirmations.
- Send technical notices, security alerts, and support messages.
- Respond to your questions, feedback, and support requests.
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud and abuse.
- Produce aggregate analytics only when you have allowed analytics.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data only in these limited cases:
- With service providers who help us operate the service, including Google Analytics or Plausible only when you have allowed analytics, under applicable data-processing terms.
- To comply with legal obligations or respond to lawful requests from public authorities.
- To protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our users.
Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular reviews. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, but we work continuously to protect your information.
